Episode 92: What’s On!
Welcome the What’s On! Guide for this week. We are already at Episode 92 of the podcast and we are getting closer than ever to our Leitrim Daily Live event next Tuesday, 8th October. With a wide range of things to see and do around the county, Órla McNabola presents just what Leitrim has in store this week.
Graham Allen from Carrick on Shannon Athletics Club is tells us about their Couch to 5K programme which starts next Monday. The programme will train beginners to complete a 5K run.
The Alcohol Forum are a national charity dedicated to preventing and reducing the harms caused by alcohol misuse. They are providing a seminar titled “Realising Rights & Responsibilities: Alcohol and the Rights of the Child”. That takes place in The Bush Hotel, Carrick on Shannon on Friday 11th October. Paula Leonard has all the details.

Players from Glencar Manor, Ballinamore, Leitrim Gaels and Drumkeerin will play guests to our Leitrim Daily Live event next Tuesday, 8th October.
