Órla McNabola is back with yet another fantastic lineup of things to do this week across the county including the arts, educational courses, sports fixtures and more events.

Órla’s talking to Treasa Nealon of the Glens Centre and Paul Cunningham of The Dock Arts Centre about their respective event calendars through September including culture night on 20th September.

Padraig King discusses his upcoming event “Switching off Anxiety and Stress” next Wednesday evening, September 11th at 7pm in the Hive, Carrick on Shannon.

Órla also drops in to the Mohill Family Resource Centre and Breffni Family Resource Centre to find out more about all the events and activities that are on offer in both facilities as the autumn falls back into place.

Breifne joins Orla to look ahead to some of the sporting action over the weekend with some cracking encounters in the Senior Men’s and Women’s Championships and Sligo Rovers FAI Cup Quarter Final this weekend.

Finally she chats to Tracey Ferguson of the Leitrim Public Participation Network (PPN) about their ‘Hands for Life’ CPR Awareness Training Programme in the Mayflower, Drumshanbo next Thursday, 12th September with three sessions at 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm.
